I paid $8 for this app with promises of updates and on going app maturity and NOTHING. At the state the game is in, its pure crap. Dev, do us all a favor and finish what you started for our hard earned $8. App should be FREE in its current form. Needs updates BAD.

The latest version of the game is much improved. And the author was very patient, responsive and dedicated to fixing a bug I brought to his attention. This is clearly not an action/graphics game that some people are looking for. But you like a game that emphasizes strategy over action, this is the best baseball manager simulation in the store, and I enjoy it.

If you are a fan of EWB from the late 80s, its a great refresher. Its not the best graphics, but the simulation is the best in the business, especially in handling some of the all time great players. I wish it had a GM and be able to email, print stats, etc. Hopefully, he will be able to continue to update on a regular basis.

This game is great and the best is yet to come. I give it 5 stars already for the potential. It is based on the great Earl Weaver Baseball from the late eighties to early nineties that ran on the PC. When all of those legendary features are finally delivered for the iPhone version, it will have no equal.

For those of you who are looking for current rosters or fantastic graphics you will have to look elsewhere. For those of you who remember the old Earl Weaver Baseball game, will be pleasantly surprised on what you can do with the game. I have played about ten games and each one has been different and fun. You have to make all the managerial decisions that you would in a real game. The depth of the game is surprisingly nice. Now, if you are expecting what you would see on the desktop computer or on your home gaming system, do yourself a favor and move on. If you want a nice managerial baseball game on your phone then check this game out. Things I would love to see... More old time stadiums and more teams. But, a nice start so far. Keep it up.

I loved this game on the PC and thought Id take a chance on the iPhone version. What a mistake, a very expensive mistake! The game is crap. It runs so slow.

Can I Get my $7.99 back? Seriously. This is the slowest game I have ever seem. Dont waste your money here.

I BOUGHT THIS APP A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND ITS FULL WITH BUGS, SINCE THE OS4 UPDATE THE GAME RUNS AT A SNAILS PACE, I CAN ACTUALLY GO TO THE BATHROOM BETWEEN PITCHES. THE DEVELOPER HAS NOT UPDATED IT IN OVER A YEAR AND DOESNT INTEND TO UPDATE ANYMORE, FOR $8.00. YOU CAN GET FLICK BASEBALL AND 9 INNINGS 2010 WHICH ARE MUCH BETTER!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

$8.00 and the app operates at a snail pace. The game was great for the first few months and then all of a sudden it broke down on me. I have been waiting for an update but sounds like one is not coming.

App is unusable- needs an update and no word from developer.

Game is terrible does not work at all. No support worst app I have purchased.
