Finally!!! A great baseball sim for the iPhone. This is the baseball sim the true baseball fans have been waiting for. I just purchased a couple of hours ago and cant stop playing it. There are many options to control and view the game.. Its very life like in many ways. Kudos to Eddie and his team for bringing this classic to the iPhone . I very much look forward to the next release with fan suggested features.

Finally a good baseball mgmt simulation game for iPhone. Please keep updating it and add more features like current season and Cities.

OMFG!!!!!!!!!! THIS APP IS almost PRICELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Im now up to a little over 1,300 apps, and Im TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY!!!!! Even if you dont like Baseball, lets say you cant stand it, bores you to death. YOU WILL LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!! Nothing at the app store even comes close!!!! I swear, I got a really BAD app ADDICTION...,THIS MIGHT ACTUALLY BE THE LAST APP I BUY!!! Its THAT GOOD!!!!

All the people who rated this game low need to read the release notes - sounds like there is way more to come in future updates so hang tight. There is some great promise here and I am hopeful it will live up to the glory that was EWB back in the day. If you dont compare the two (iPhone versus PC) then this is a pretty good baseball game right now that can only get better. But if you do compare them as they stand today then you will probably be disappointed with no season mode. But as far as baseball sims out there for the iPhone this one has to be one of the better ones (even without the updates)

I never played the original, so I can only go off this version. For a game on your phone, its amazing. Its a little hard to get used to, but Im getting the hang quick. Im giving 5 stars for the potential this game has. A few bugs need to be worked out, but I cant wait for the updates, its gonna be awsome! Update The first update is great. I love the game. Easily the best game on iPhone! Cant wait for more rosters, although the ones included are great.

I was seriously addicted to the original Earl Weaver Baseball on the Amiga and this port is bringing back memories. Hopefully multiplayer and draft mode becomes available in the future so I can relive my oldies league!

Some bad moments

I really want my money back after buying this. Extremely disappointed!!!

This game is a crash fiesta. Too many errors especially considering the price. The original game over 20 years ago worked much better than this. A real disappointment.

I have been dying for a real sports simulator for the iPhone. Deep stats, seasons, etc. This is not it. Having fond memories of the original Earl Weaver game, I had hopes that this would at least meet those standards and ideally would show the benefits of improvements in the genre. But instead this is a step back. Pros: Above Average in game simulator, good enough variety of graphics modes for a sim game. Cons: Only three rosters available, poor stats, no season mode, insufficient settings, no documentation (clicking help brings up blank page). Overall: For $8 I expected an in depth sports sim for the iPhone, and instead got an average game simulator from old code worth about $1.

This is a total rip-off for 7.99. Im greatly disappoint. Come on apple!!!!!!!

Needs a major update, this is full of bugs. I dont mind spending money but this is a rip off, hurry up & clean up all the problems: way to many to list.

I purchased this game because of the advertised compatibility with the iPod touch - loaded with the latest software. I purchased the game and have tried numerous time to load it onto my iPod - each time I get a message that tells me that this game only works with an iPhone. Whats up?
